For a W hotel, the experience was not as good as it is in other locations
The location is ok , but the tram passing by and the noisy bars might be noisy especially when you are on lower floors
The room is OK , nothing really special about it, and feel soulless with kitchy decorations and wall paintings
Breakfast is not bad as well
Cleaning is ok but i found a silverfish on the room… not to mention as well that some amenities are not replaced if used… unless ordered
Most of the staff were really helpful and nice , except a very rude one on the bank checkin counter that should change jobs if it’s annoying her that much
The pool , spa and lounge and gym are really amazing but unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy them as much as we wanted because of the weather and time constraints
Overall , i would say it’s a good value for money but there are better options in Amsterdam!

I was supposed to stay overnight during my transfer, but the flight was cancelled. The airline rescheduled the flight to the next day. I sent the airline a certificate but they still refused to cancel the flight. Ctrip also refused to issue a certificate of refusal to cancel the flight. What a pitfall.
